DIY Hot Flush Spray

Follow this easy recipe to help reduce your hot flushes!

Recipe:
• 20ml filtered water
• 20ml witch Hazel
• 5 drops Jasmine or rose essential oil
• 5 drops clary sage essential oil
• 5 drops lemon or lime essential oil
• 5 drops geranium essential oil

Give the bottle a good shake and spray onto your face, neck, arms, back, chest or anywhere else at anytime during the day or night. A lot of my clients like to spritz their bedsheets with the spray to help reduce night sweats too!

The essential oils work by helping the skin to cool and also provide the olfactory system with the effects of the oil… I love making this even if I don’t have hot flushes!
